Orders are processed directly by the company's staff.

Subsequently, the items of the order are prepared and packed.

In 3/5 working days after receiving the order, the goods will be shipped if you choose free shipping; Otherwise, if you choose express shipping, the preparation time will be 24/48 hours.

Shipping times are approximately 24/48 hours (excluding the islands or other areas at the discretion of the courier) from the entrusting of the order to the ATS express courier. The name of the courier and the order tracking code will be communicated to the Customer as soon as available by Piroworks by sending an e-mail.

The accompanying invoice is attached to the packaging only in the event that the user, upon registration or subsequently modifying his profile and in any case never after confirming the order, has specified the data necessary for issuing the invoice. Alternatively, the customer who does not communicate the VAT number will receive a delivery voucher attached to the order that will show the list of items purchased. Any billing requests subsequent to the shipment of the order will not be taken into consideration.

Piroworks undertakes to deliver the items available within a maximum of 2 working days following the date of the order. In extremely rare cases such as the lack of one or more items, the staff will communicate to the customer the expected date of availability of the missing items and request the customer's will whether to wait for all the items to be available and then proceed with the shipment or start the shipping for available items only and postponing shipping for unavailable items. In any case, the customer will pay only one shipping cost. Further shipments will be paid by Piroworks. For items not available at the time of shipment, a reservation with maximum priority will be immediately forwarded to the central warehouse in order to speed up shipping as much as possible.

Piroworks, for shipments on Italian soil and in compliance with current laws on the subject, imposes a maximum quantity of active material of 5KG (QEN) , per single order. It is possible to consult, in the technical data sheet of each single product, the net weight of active material expressed in grams and kilograms. Once the excess of 5KG of active mass limit has been exceeded, the system will automatically block the progress of the order.

Piroworks uses only one delivery method through Express Courier. Delivery times are approximately 24/48 hours (excluding the islands or other areas at the discretion of the courier) from the entrusting of the order to the ATS express courier. The name of the courier and the order tracking code will be communicated to the Customer as soon as available by Piroworks by sending an e-mail. These data will still be visible in the order summary accessible by accessing the reserved area of ​​the site www.piroworks.com in the "My Orders" section. All shipments are made in accordance with the current ADR law.
